Independent property repairs for large loss claims
Cipher UK, a new national property repairs service for insurers, housebuilders and warranty bodies is being launched today (Monday 2 March) by the MA Group, specialising in complex and high value repairs up to half a million pounds.
The technical division, Cipher Professional, will manage large loss claims and complex property repairs for clients and loss adjusters, as well as reviewing, evaluating and project managing more complex projects for building repairs across the UK.
Cipher Build will provide access to a team of accredited building contractors for property and home repairs and property refurbishment, initially in the South East.
The new venture is headed by Ian Guest, former claims supplier manager at Allianz who joined the MA Group last month.

All Cipher’s contractors are either registered with TrustMark, the Government-backed quality badge for reputable, vetted and fully-trained trades, or are accredited as specialists in their own field. We have recruited staff with the project management skills, technical knowledge and communication skills to meet the expectations of the most demanding customers and clients”.
